Power 200: Best option for true "Power Users." Fastest download speeds and generous download allowance. Ideal for heavy use,
attaching large files, and streaming media-rich content. Suitable for 2-4 computers in household.

The Power 200 service plan is only available through the new HughesNet satellite. Approximately 1% will not be able to receive the Power 200 plan as a result of
trees or other obstacles that block the signal from the satellite to the home.

Based on an analysis of customer usage data, Hughes has established a download allowance for each of the HughesNet service plans that is well above the typical
usage rates. Subscribers who exceed that threshold will experience reduced download speeds for approximately 24 hours. During this recovery period, the
HughesNet service may still be used, but speeds will be slower.

Each email account has 2 GB of storage. The domain of your email addresses will be @Hughes.net. HughesNet email is compatible with any email client that supports
Pop3 and SMTP protocols.

Equipment provided to you may be new or refurbished as new. Any refurbished equipment will have the same warranty as new equipment. In the event that you elect
the purchase option, and the equipment installed at your location is refurbished, we will provide you with a $25 credit on your first Service invoice.

Express Repair-Basic includes 2nd business day contact, 8am-5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. $29.95 per onsite repair incident in
